Bulk material removal - bin picking

Due to the high complexity between object position recognition and gripping point calculation, IBG developed a reliable and cost-efficient automated system that automatically feeds screw blanks to a CNC turning machine and removes them again. The blanks are provided in steel containers without uniform orientation and recognised by industrial image processing systems and gripped in a robot-supported manner.
