Principles of Data Processing
On this page you can find out about our handling of your personal data. We hereby comply with our information obligations pursuant to Art. 12 ff. of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). We respect the confidentiality of your personal information. Therefore, we do not collect any personally identifiable information on this website (such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address), unless you provide us with your data by entering it in forms and emails. In this case, this information may be stored and used for marketing purposes, market research, sales data tracking and contacting.

Data processing and processing purpose
The data provided by you will in principle only be processed for the purposes for which we collected and received it. Further processing beyond this does not take place. Processing of your data beyond the aforementioned purpose will take place if the legal requirements to that extent required under Art. 6 (4) DSGVO are met. The relevant information requirements pursuant to Art. 13 § 3 DSGVO and Art. 14 DSGVO are taken into account in this regard.

Legal basis of data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, as far as there are no specific legal provisions, the Art. 6 DSGVO. The following options are possible:
• Consent (Article 6 (1) (a) DSGVO)
• Data processing for the fulfillment of contracts (Article 6 (1) (b) DSGVO)
• Data processing based on a balance of interests (Article 6 (1) (f) DSGVO)
• Data processing to fulfill a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) DSGVO)
If the processing of your personal data took place on the basis of a consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
If the processing of the data took place on the basis of a weighing of interests, you, as a person, have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 DSGVO.

Duration of data storage
We process the data as long as this is necessary for the purpose. As far as statutory storage requirements exist. In commercial or tax law, the personal data concerned are stored for the duration of the retention obligation. After expiry of the retention obligation, it is checked whether there is a further need for processing. If a requirement no longer exists, the data is deleted or destroyed.
In principle, we periodically review data in view of the need for further processing. Due to the amount of data, this check is done for specific types of data or purposes of processing.
It will enable you to request information about the personal data stored by us at any time. In the event of a non-existent need for data processing, you may request the deletion or limitation of the processing.

Disclosure of data
A disclosure of your personal data to third parties will only take place, if this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you, the disclosure on the basis of a balance of interests i.S.d. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO is permitted, we are legally obliged to passing on or you have given consent to this extent.

Place of data processing
Your personal data will be processed by us exclusively in data centers of the European Union (EU).

Affected rights
You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then request proof from you that you prove that you are the person for whom you are claiming to be.
Furthermore, you have the right to rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, as far as you are legally entitled. Furthermore, you have a right to object to the processing within the scope of the legal requirements. The same applies to a right to data portability.
In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your data in connection with direct advertising, if this is done on the basis of a balance of interests, in accordance with Art. 21 (1) and (2) DSGVO.

Non-personally identifiable, automatically collected information
In some cases, the Goeke Technology Group collects information that does not make you personally identifiable. These include e.g. the Internet browser type and operating system you use, and the domain name of the website where you used a link to switch to our Internet offering. Access automatically acquires information from the provider. This information, also known as server log files, is general in nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn.

Information that may be automatically stored on your hard drive (cookies)
When you visit our website, it is possible for information to be stored on your computer’s hard drive. This information takes the form of a “cookie” or similar file format and helps us tailor our Internet offering to your individual needs. Cookies make it possible to identify your computer, but not to relate to a person. Data processing in the context of the newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required or separately provided by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter according to your consent. Information about your name and first name will be used for personal address within the scope of the newsletter.
To receive the newsletter you need your e-mail address. Data such as the IP address and the date of registration are stored. To ensure that your e-mail address has not been abused by third parties in our mailing list, we use the so-called “double-opt-in” procedure. As part of this process, the order of the newsletter, the shipping and the receipt of the registration confirmation is documented.

Data usage in the context of the contact form
If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we will save the information you provide about yourself in order to answer your request.

Data usage in the framework of the contract initiation

Use of Matomo (formerly PIWIK) for web analysis
This website uses Piwik, an open-source software that collects and stores data. This information is for marketing and optimization purposes. Piwik creates from the data usage profiles with a pseudonym. For this purpose, the software stores on your computer cookies (text files), which you can use to analyze the use of the website.
