Vision Car

The IBG Technology Hanseatic City of Lübeck GmbH is being funded by the Future Economy Program (ZPW) of the State of Schleswig-Holstein in the field of “Innovations in Companies,” the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union for the project “Future-oriented final assembly systems for variable E-mobility production,” as well the Federal States Joint Task “Improvement of the regional economic structure” (GRW) for the project “Vision Car 1 - Innovative E-mobile platform for body and frame.”

The objective of the project is the development of an innovative body and frame e-mobile platform to design a ready-to-go prototype for a future marketable electric urban transport vehicle. A vehicle body including support frame is being designed for this purpose that can be largely automatically manufactured in an assembly cell.

This project forms a key element for the successful development of a proprietary electric vehicle of small to medium size.
