An industrial robot is by definition a universal, programmable machine for handling, assembling or machining workpieces. They are intended for use in industrial environments and are an inherent part of automation technology. After programming, the robot is able to perform a work process autonomously and precisely.

Fields of application of industrial robots span many areas of production such as, for example, joining technology or assembly technology.

IBG develops and designs innovative robot modifications and processes. A robot for tight spaces with short forward and backward cycle times.

Robot control - link to vision technology

Through specially developed 2D and 3D camera technology we are able to measure a vehicle by means of vision technology, which is mounted on the robot, to then automatically correct the path motions or the target positions of a robot before assembling components.
