The gripper is the interface to the workpiece and therefore deserves special attention. We develop joining and gripping strategies for a wide variety of tasks to ensure process capability at all times depending on the material properties.
The use of new materials, such as the carbon fibre composite CFRP, is becoming increasingly important in order to enable energy-efficient and environmentally friendly but also economical production.
