Azubitalk 2025: Careers in mechanical engineering

Three of our trainees from two different fields represented IBG at the trainee talk at the municipal secondary school in Balve on Wednesday. The career orientation event was aimed at students in grades 9 and 10. In the auditorium, the young people were able to find out about the wide range of apprenticeships offered by regional companies.

Our trainees talked about their own training and personal experiences. They presented our training occupations and IBG as a training company to the students. Our prototype AGV was particularly well received.

In September and October, IBG will also be represented at the following training fairs:

• 3rd Career Fair at the Freie Waldorfschule in Neuenrade on September 19, 2025
• Career Orientation Fair BOM on October 1, 2025 at the Albert Einstein Comprehensive School in Werdohl
