IBG's Dunkin' Robots at the Prange Cup 2018

On the occasion of this year's Prange Cup, IBG sent its own basketball team, the Dunkin' Robots, into the race for the second time. After a third place at the last edition of the basketball tournament for company teams in Plettenberg, expectations were high for the team around team captain Elias Bchara.

After a promising start and a high victory against the Galaxy Toolmakers, a narrow defeat against the Mendritziki Steelers followed. With a cohesive team performance, the following game against the Flying Kings was won again. In the last group game, they lost to the defending champions, the Money Ballers. They finished the group phase with a balanced record.

In the following knockout match against the host team, the P-Rangers, our team was unfortunately eliminated from the tournament with a sixth place.

According to Sepp Herberger, "After the game is before the game", we are looking forward to the next edition of the Prange Cup. Our team captain will prepare the team again.
