Support for the Deutschlandstipendium
On 7 November 2018, the so-called Deutschlandstipendium was awarded to particularly talented students at a ceremony at the University of Applied Sciences Südwestfalen.
In the winter semester 2009/10, a state scholarship programme was introduced in North Rhine-Westphalia, which was gradually merged into the Deutschlandstipendium, a new programme initiated by the German government with the aim of supporting talented and capable students.
IBG supports the Deutschlandstipendium programme to promote local young talent. Together with the sponsors, a total of 152 scholarships were awarded during the ceremony. In addition, two students received the Budde Award for their good scientific and innovative final theses.
