Trainee speed dating in Lüdenscheid

We met a large number of interested pupils, school leavers and apprenticeship seekers at the "Apprentice Speed Dating" event on 6 February 2024 at Phämomenta in Lüdenscheid.

The participants had the opportunity to get to know our company in a 15-minute conversation. Our training team reported on their personal experiences in their various training areas. The topics of robotics, programming and company benefits were generally of great interest. In this context, our team was able to successfully present IBG as an innovative employer and reliable training organisation.
